Stanford Come and Sing Festival – Bristol **POSTPONED**

Come and Sing some of Charles Villiers Stanford’s greatest and best loved church music in the beautiful surroundings of St Mary Redcliffe in Bristol, together with members of RSCM Voices West.

The music marks the 100th anniversary of the death of legendary church music composer, Charles Villiers Stanford. Singers can expect professional, friendly, and fun direction from George Castle, Director of RSCM Voices West, and supportive and powerful organ accompaniment from the famous Harrison and Harrison organ of St Mary Redcliffe Church. No prior knowledge of the repertoire is required. The day will conclude with a special service of Choral Evensong at 17:00, putting all the music prepared into performance.
All singers, members and non-members of the RSCM, are warmly invited to attend. Singers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times.
The event fee includes use of the Come and Sing Stanford Evensong book, which will be issued on loan at the start of the day.
