Summer School
For both international and UK church musicians, the ISS is focused on the study and exploration of church music as well as ecumenical worship set in the beautiful surroundings of East Anglia.
Participants discover worship through music of the 14th to the 21st century with excellent tuition from inspirational leaders.
Belsey Bridge Conference Centre
With the theme of pilgrimage running through the week, the students sing in amazing buildings and visit local shrines as well as Norwich's two cathedrals. Study topics will include conducting, organ-playing, band-leading skills, vocal coaching, composition/arrangement, and how to teach musical literacy.
Thanks to a generous gift, the RSCM is able to offer up to three full Music Development Scholarships to people in positions of musical and/ or spiritual leadership within their church, who otherwise couldn’t afford to attend the ISS (UK/Ireland only).
