Strengthen for Service
A three-day course for worship leaders, both lay and ordained, which provides practical guidance on managing, maintaining and developing parish music as well as personalised advice from the course leader.
Three residential courses are offered every year across the country; these will be in Salisbury, North Yorkshire and Cheshire in 2019. Courses are led by The Revd Helen Bent, RSCM Head of Ministerial Training.
The RSCM also offers Strengthen for Service Lite, a one-day training event. This practical day will look at ways in which to deepen our understanding of the place of music in worship.
