Key points to note:
• We want to build direct relationships with as many of our current and future Volunteers as we can.
• Volunteering with the RSCM is therefore no longer specifically associated with serving on an RSCM committee.
• Setting up new, Regional structures does not mean that local activity will cease.
• Groupings of Areas into Regions does not affect local influence or connectivity, nor does it imply joint activity.
• Volunteers can be convened in a variety of ways to enable successful event planning, and to continue to make the most of local knowledge, and nurture new and established connections and relationships.
