The RSCM expresses deepest condolences to our Royal Patron, Her Majesty the Queen, in response to the news of the death of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.

We give thanks for all his faithful support and service over an extraordinary lifetime of dedication and duty.

The RSCM gained royal charter status in 1947, and we are proud of the connection this represents. Royal visits from the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh extend back to our time in Addington Palace, the RSCM’s home between 1954 and 1996.

We remember all the Royal Family in our prayers at this time.
