Applications are now open for our Emerging Leaders programme for aspiring choral directors. We’ve expanded the programme this year to include online discussions and seminars on a variety of topics, as well as opportunities to develop your skills in the immersive environment of a residential course. The closing date for applications is Monday 11 March, so not too far away!

One of our 2023 Emerging Leaders said “The [residential] week was a good springboard for my development as a conductor and has inspired me to keep looking for opportunities to grow. I will use the things I have learnt in the choirs I conduct. The week also honed the skill of actively observing other conductors, which I will continue to do – noting both what works and what doesn’t!”
