The question of recruitment and retention of young singers is vital to the future of church music. This webinar, led by Dr Tim Williams (Director of Music at St Wulfram’s Church, Grantham), will focus on developing church choirs further as places where young singers find community, friends, value and inspiration via the experience of sacred music. The session will include practical and exportable advice for church choirs in all contexts to build their provision, both for encouraging children and teenagers to join, and for continuing involving them in the longer term.
