The RSCM is pleased to announce that the next Chair of Council will be The Very Reverend Dr John Hall, Dean of Westminster. Council are delighted with this appointment, and Dr Hall will start in the Autumn. Prior to Westminster Abbey, John Hall was Chief Education Officer of the Church of England, and he has extensive charity board experience.  He is passionate about supporting church musicians – whatever their tradition – and looks forward to working with incoming Director Hugh Morris, who starts on 1st August.
