Thanks to a generous grant from the Ecclesiastical Music Trust, a workshop exploring choral music by women composers is to be held at St Giles’s, Cripplegate on Saturday 15 July.

It will feature music by Sarah MacDonald, Joanna Forbes L’Estrange, Ghislaine Reece-Trapp, Margaret Rizza and others.

The event will be led by Katherine Dienes-Williams, Director of Music at Guildford Cathedral, and be accompanied by Imogen Morgan, assistant Master of the Music at St Mary’s Episcopal Cathedral, Edinburgh.

All the music will be provided and there will be a 30 minute break at 12.30 and participants are welcome to bring a packed lunch. Tea and coffee will be available for a cash donation.
