24 Hour Drop-in Messiah

Thursday 7th/Friday 8th September

The RSCM will be live-streaming a 24 hour drop-in performance of the Messiah from St George’s Church in Hanover Square, one of our Member churches. This event is being put on by the church and Labrador Events, part of the Choir of the Earth group, in order to raise much-needed funds to repair the recently collapsed portico and we are delighted to be supporting them in this venture.

Singers and instrumentalists are invited to drop in from 15.00 on Thursday 7th to 15.00 on Friday 8th (paying £5.00 per hour or part hour) to join in with this continuous event. A star-studded list of conductors will be rotating on an hourly basis throughout the performance, including Hugh Morris from 5.00pm – 6.00pm on Thursday 7th.

You can tune in to our YouTube channel to join the live-stream at any point to watch, listen and even sing along.
