Dr Noël Tredinnick BEM FRSCM will be joining us to look at how musical styles can be combined harmoniously.
Noël has devoted a lifetime to balancing and campaigning for different styles of music, and the use of instruments and varying vocal ensembles, to be in regular use in churches. He is professor of Conducting, Harmony and Orchestration at the GSMD in London; and after 48 years he recently retired as Organist and Director of Music at All Souls, Langham Place, only now to take up a similar position at a local church in south London, St Paul's Herne Hill. He broadcasts weekly on Premier Radio.
