We were very pleased to welcome 100 singers, many of this year’s Honorary Award recipients, other guests and the congregation to Salisbury Cathedral to our annual Celebration Day Service at the end of September.

The singers, many of whom only received the music on the day, joined with the Cathedral Choir under the direction of David Halls, and were accompanied by the Cathedral Organist John Challenger.

In addition to presenting the Honorary Awards, including this year’s new category of Young Church Musician, we were able to present a Church Choir Award certificate to Kendal Parish Church, a Church Music Skills certificate and Bronze, Silver and Gold Voice for Life certificates.

A huge thank you to all those involved.

Nominations are currently open for this year’s Honorary Awards. You can find more details HERE.
