We are delighted to announce that Sarah King, currently RSCM’s Education Programmes Manager, has been appointed as the Deputy Director for Education.

RSCM’s Director Hugh Morris said: ‘Sarah’s passion for the mission of the RSCM, and her commitment to its whole range of education work, shone through clearly to the appointment panel. I am delighted to be working with her in this exciting period for RSCM as we forge ahead with new projects and expanded programmes, through our 2027 Centenary and beyond’.

Sarah said: ‘I am greatly looking forward to working with Hugh, and the wider RSCM team, in this new capacity, as we seek to educate and nurture church musicians and leaders of all ages and support the flourishing of church music in this pivotal moment in the RSCM’s history.’

Sarah will take up her new role from the beginning of June; a new Education Programmes Manager will be appointed as soon as possible.
