Church music is everywhere, but perhaps never more visibly so than at this time of year. Like many people and organisations, it is a time to reflect on the year ending and to look forward to the New Year.

We invite you to watch this highlights video, featuring music sung by members of our RSCM Youth Choir, to gain a sense of the RSCM’s work in 2025.

Looking ahead, 2026 holds much promise. We will be sharing plenty of good news and ambitious plans as we move towards our centenary in 2027. We may not have three magi to hand, but I sincerely believe that the star of church music continues to shine brightly, leading us onwards – and all of us at the RSCM look forward to accompanying you on that journey.

Wherever you are, and whatever your role in church music – from congregant to clergy, choir member to music leader – please accept our heartfelt thanks for all that you do. Do remember to share your own highlights with us: a few words and a photograph or two are always very welcome.
