RSCM Courses in the UK:
Beverley Course 2025
A three-day half term choral course for trebles and sopranos aged 8-17, based in the town of Beverley.
New for 2025, the Beverley Course is an opportunity for young singers to come together, learn some new music, sing in the beautiful surroundings of Beverley Minster and connect with other young people.
The course is unauditioned and open to all, whether you’ve been singing for a few months, or several years. Attendees will leave the course enriched, inspired, and better developed in their own skills no matter the starting point.
The timetable for the course will include rehearsals, services and other musical activities, together with plenty of time to relax and spend time together. For more experienced singers, there will be the opportunity to take a Voice for Life Bronze, Silver or Gold Award exam during the course (separate fees apply).
Hosted at YHA Beverley, residential places include accommodation for three nights, meals, and all tuition and resources. Singers are accommodated in dormitories, and an experienced pastoral team look after the safety and well-being of course members.
Non-residential singers join the course at the start of each day’s activities (after lunch on the first day), returning home each evening (at lunchtime on the final day).
